The various vehicle purchase/configuration options were explained in detail and a test drive was provided. I was updated regularly during the 8 week production period. The handover was very slick and reinforced my decision to purchase BMW.

Even though I had a 5 month delay in getting my car due to a manufacturing issue I had no concerns. Richard Green kept me apprised at all times with regular contact and updates. The hand over of my car went very smoothly.

Lack of courtesy car isn't ideal as a lift is required for work to be carried out. Something I haven't experienced with any other brand of car and certainly not what I expected from a premium brand.

The work done to my car was flawless and done to a high standard. My car was in for 2 jobs and only one was completed and the other was forgotten about. Therefore bringing me back to yourselves 2 days later when I live an hour and half away.

Since Lookers took over Blue Bell the service has got progressively worse. Communication is difficult- they have a base in Scotland to take calls! They have progressively reduced chauffeuring services - I live 20 miles away so it's a big hassle.

Asked for valuation but didn't get one. Some kind of key fob on the key ring with no explanation. Car setting updates, eg, dashboard brightness is lowered and can't get it brighter. Also Traffic updates interrupt the radio now. I don't like this.

Brought my car in for mot and service last year. Asked for new remote battery fitted. They only did it when I picked up the car. Remote key hasn't worked properly ever since. Had air bag safety check done. Ticked the option for valuation. Not done.
